change time range of hour plots from 3,5 hr to 4; ensures that there are always two major ticks on the axis of the small version. with only one major tick, the time scale was unclear. there is no real change to mkdbs.sh, just editing to get right DB defined.
change averaging intervals (for determining top groups) to truly be 1 day and 1 month.
