Use the 'glexec_wrap.sh' like: <prefix>/sbin/glexec_wrap.sh <YOUR COMMAND>
Which will use the defaults of the glexec_wrap and glexec_unwrap scripts around gLExec and will forward your commands in the appropriate way.
