make sure updates work on Windows as well; this requires having a new bcprov.jnlp name for every bcprov update since caching doesn't appear to work always
put bcprov.jar in jgridstart.jnlp to avoid jnlp caching issues in JWS
Remove warning on java web start dialog by avoiding the need for JNLP signing. Also remove hack to skip BouncyCastle permission prompt which requires JNLP signing as well.
