add rra. actually done by script, see if it works, but what's in the mkdbs.sh file is what's in the RRD.

double number of points, just in case. otherwise I keep fine tuning. storage is not an issue. with the new RRA's it's still only 2.0 MB.
change resolution once again. done because I decided that the plot resolutions / scales were wrong.
